These are tips I’ve learned from elite bodybuilders over the past couple of months for maximizing the thickness and width of your back, and also making your biceps grow faster.
We’ll be doing exercises like lat pulldowns, underhand grip seated rows, underhand barbell row, along with multiple bicep supersets.
