Well it comes down to 3 different things:
- Weight Training
- Dieting
- Rest
And I always tell them that’s the wrong question to be asking.
Now don’t get me wrong, there ARE some good supplements that will help you gain weight. But supplements alone aren’t going to do the hard work for you.
So there’s no getting around the fact that you have to go to the gym, you need to lift heavy weights, and you have to know exactly what you need to eat…
